Ropes & Gray Represents Partners Group in its Majority Investment in Wedgewood Pharmacy
Ropes & Gray represented Partners Group in a definitive agreement to replace New Harbor Capital as majority shareholder of Wedgewood Pharmacy, the largest compounding pharmacy devoted to animal health in the United States.
