In Fortune, Michael Littenberg Examines Alignment Toward Global ESG Standards
In a Fortune “Path to Zero” special report, capital markets partner Michael Littenberg, chair of the ESG, CSR and Business & Human Rights practice (New York), examined the continuing movement by the world’s standard-setting organizations and regulators toward alignment of climate risk disclosures.
Michael explains that while we are getting closer to alignment of disclosures, we are not yet at a single global standard. He also noted that companies that don’t yet voluntarily report on climate risk are starting to pay attention to this issue and put in place the systems needed to report.
