Ropes & Gray represented TSG Consumer Partners in a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Super Star Car Wash. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Nov. 15 in a press release.
Super Star Car Wash, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is a family-owned business with 35 locations spanning the Southwest and West Coast in Arizona and California with expansion planned for Colorado in early 2022.
