Ropes & Gray Advises Livingbridge on Investment in Remote Access Software Provider RealVNC
Ropes & Gray has advised Livingbridge, one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investors, on its investment in RealVNC, a leading vendor of remote access and remote support software.
Founded in Cambridge in 2002, RealVNC is a highly-rated vendor in the large and fast-growing market for remote access and remote support solutions, with customers in 160 countries. Its lead product, VNC Connect, allows users to connect securely to a remote device anywhere in the world, see its screen in real-time, and take control as though sitting in front of it.
