Data, privacy & cybersecurity associate Fran Faircloth (Washington, D.C.) was featured as one of Global Data Review’s “40 Under 40,” which recognizes the top data attorneys from around the world.
Fran’s accomplishments are many. She is representing the former CEO of SolarWinds in litigation and congressional investigations. The work stems from the highly complex and headline-grabbing data breach of the company and the U.S. government by Russian hackers.
