Ropes & Gray represented 48forty Solutions and Audax Private Equity in  a significant investment made by Summit Partners in 48forty.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced Mar. 24, in a press release. 

48forty is a provider of end-to-end pallet management solutions across the U.S. and Canada. Audax Group is a leading alternative investment manager with offices in Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Since its founding in 1999, the firm has raised over $30 billion in capital. Summit Partners is a global alternative investment firm that manages more than $42 billion in capital.
