Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity and Emplifi in the sale of a stake in Emplifi to Sixth Street Growth, a leading global investment firm with participation from the LionTree merchant bank. The transaction values Emplifi at over $1 billion. The transaction was announced on March 10 in a press release.
