Ropes & Gray represented Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm, in its $150 million Series C equity investment in Concert AI, LLC, a provider of enterprise AI and real-world data solutions for the life sciences and healthcare industries. The investment was made at a valuation for ConcertAI of $1.9 billion. The announcement was made on March 29 in a press release.

Sixth Street is a global investment firm with over $60 billion in assets under management and committed capital.
