Ropes & Gray represented Thomas H. Lee Partners in its acquisition of Intelligent Medical Objects, a healthcare data enablement provider, from Warburg Pincus. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made on March 31 in a press release.

The team that represented Thomas H. Lee Partners was led by private equity partner Bill Mone (Boston), and included private equity associate Jessica Cooney (New York), health care partners David Peloquin and Christina Bergeron and benefits partner Kyle Higley (all of Boston).
