Ropes & Gray represented Two Sigma Impact in its investment in Milestone Technologies, a global IT services provider, alongside The Halifax Group. The investment will provide the capital and strategic resources to accelerate Milestone’s growth. Terms of the transaction have not been released and the announcement was made public in a press release on December 13.
Two Sigma Impact is a business of New York City-based hedge fund, Two Sigma, with a focus on investments in data science and technology.
