Joshua Levy Named First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts
On January 11, U.S. Attorney Rachael S. Rollins announced that Joshua S. Levy has been appointed to serve as First Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.
Up until recently, Josh served as a partner and practice group leader in Ropes & Gray’s litigation & enforcement practice group, and co-managing partner of the firm’s Boston office. At the firm, he specialized in white-collar and complex civil litigation – particularly in the health care, pharmaceutical, medical device and Health IT industries.
