Ropes & Gray advised Dessert Holdings in its acquisition of Dianne’s Fine Desserts, a provider of premium frozen thaw-and-serve desserts from Geneva Glen Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made public on Oct. 31 in a press release.
