Ropes & Gray represented Compass Diversified in a definitive agreement to sell its majority owned subsidiary, Compass AC Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Advanced Circuits, Inc., to Industrial Growth Partners-backed APCT. The announcement was made Jan. 11 in a press release.
Headquartered in Westport, Connecticut, Compass Diversified (CODI) is an owner of leading middle market businesses and APCT is a manufacturer of high reliability printed circuit boards.
