Ropes & Gray Advises Parthenon Investors VII On First and Final Closing
Ropes & Gray advised Parthenon Investors VII (“Parthenon Fund VII”), affiliate of Parthenon Capital, on the closing of its first and final closing with more than $4.5 billion in commitments. Parthenon Fund VII exceeded its initial fund target of $3.5 billion. The closing was announced on March 27 in a press release.
