Chong Park Discusses Greenhushing in The New York Times

Practices: ESG, CSR and Business and Human Rights, Litigation, Government Enforcement / White Collar Criminal Defense

Litigation & enforcement partner Chong Park told The New York Times that not all greenhushing is the same, and companies may have their own reasons for keeping green initiatives close to the vest.

“There are clients who just want to keep a low profile,'' he said. ''You don't want to be the first penguin pushed off the ice floe for the regulatory sea lions, whatever the hot topic may be.”
