Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity in its sale of CorEvitas, LLC, a provider of regulatory-grade, real-world evidence for approved medical treatments and therapies to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. The transaction was announced in a July 6 press release and closed on August 14.
Based in Boston and San Francisco, Audax Private Equity is a leading middle market investment firm with approximately $16 billion of assets under management.
The deal was led by private equity partner Ken Chow, finance partner Mike Lee, employment partner Megan Bisk, executive compensation & employee benefits partner Jenny Rikoski, litigation & enforcement partners Samer Musallam and Thomas Brown, health care partner Michael Lampert and environmental partner Peter Alpert.
