Imaan Ahmad is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s private equity practice group. Imaan has experience acting for private equity and corporate clients on domestic and international transactions, including acquisitions, carve-outs and co-investments, and providing general corporate law advice.
Imaan trained at the firm’s London office, gaining experience in the antitrust, anti-corruption and international risk, leveraged finance and private equity groups.
Experience
- Advised BV Investment Partners in its majority investment in the Millennnium Alliance, a leading peer-to-peer sales enablement platform.
- Advised Nippon Steel Corporation, Japan’s largest steelmaker, on its approximately $14 billion bid for US Steel.
