Nicholas is a corporate associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance department. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was a corporate associate at another international law firm, assisting private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a range of debt financing transactions.
Experience
- Represented The Wheel Group, a premier manufacturer and distributor of automotive wheels, in a comprehensive out of court recapitalization that equitized approximately $80 million of funded debt, added a $20 million new money first out revolving credit facility, and extended debt maturities by three years.
