Kate is an associate based in Boston and practices in the firm’s finance group. Her practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public companies in a broad range of complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, senior and subordinated credit facilities and cash-flow and asset-based financings. Kate also assists a broad range of clients on liability management and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Kate was an associate at another leading law firm in Boston, where she represented private credit providers in connection with acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and other transactions.
