Max Banister-Buffery joined Ropes & Gray in 2023 as an associate in the private equity transactions group in the London office.
Prior to joining the firm, Max trained at another leading U.S. law firm in London, where he gained experience advising a range of corporate clients on international acquisitions, disposals and wider corporate matters.
