- Represented OLAPLEX in its $1.4 billion sale to Henkel, a global manufacturer of well-known consumer and industrial brands.

- Represented Avista Capital Partners in its sale of a significant equity interest in Cosette Pharmaceuticals, a U.S.-based specialty pharmaceutical company, to funds managed by Hamilton Lane.
