SaraAnn Bannister is an associate in the asset management group at Ropes & Gray. She joined the firm in 2025 following several years in legal and regulatory roles within the investment management industry. While attending Suffolk University Law School’s evening division, SaraAnn worked full-time as a Legal and Regulatory Affairs Associate at a global private investment firm, where she focused on regulatory compliance for Registered Investment Advisers and Registered Investment Companies. Before law school, she served as a corporate paralegal at Ropes & Gray, gaining foundational experience in complex corporate and fund matters.
