Glen brings a practical, commercial approach to helping clients structure investment products, raise capital, negotiate key terms, and navigate complex transactional and regulatory issues.

In addition, Glen has extensive experience in the digital asset, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors. He advises crypto fund managers, token issuers, exchanges, DeFi protocols, DAOs, Web3 development teams, venture-backed companies, and venture capital funds on asset management, transactional, financing, and regulatory matters.
