Shuang Ci is an associate in Ropes & Gray's corporate department. Shuang’s practice is focused primarily on representing clients in business and intellectual property transactions, including technology licensing, complex collaborations, research and development, supply and distribution, and other strategic commercial arrangements in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and technology industries.
Before joining the firm, Shuang was an assistant general counsel at a premier cancer center and previously, an intellectual property / life sciences transactions associate at two global law firms.

- Represented a public biotechnology company in connection with a collaboration and license agreement with a pharmaceutical company to research, develop and commercialize a bi-specific antibody for eye diseases.*
- Advised a global biopharmaceutical company in connection with a collaboration and license agreement with a biopharmaceutical company to develop and commercialize a conditionally activated molecule for oncology.*
