Tess focuses her practice on bank financing, acquisition and leveraged finance. She advises a broad range of clients, including large corporates, financial sponsors, debt funds and financial institutions, on both domestic and cross-border transactions. She has significant experience in real estate financing.
Before joining the firm, Tess gained experience at several French and international law firms.
