Daniele Durkin is a member of Ropes & Gray’s global finance group in the New York office. She represents fund clients on fund-level financings, subscription facilities, NAV facilities, leverage facilities for credit funds, asset-based financings and capital call facilities. She also advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, preferred equity issuances, second-lien credit facilities and asset-based financings.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Daniele practiced in the private credit group at another preeminent global law firm, where she worked on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

During law school, Daniele was a senior articles editor of New York University School of Law’s Journal of International Law & Politics, a delegate to the International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission, and a clerk with the United States Department of Justice.
