Natalie is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s health care group. She works with health care clients confronting transactional, regulatory, and compliance issues including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, and government enforcement defense.
A core component of Natalie’s practice is offering strategic guidance on health care data privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection issues, including HIPAA and other federal and state data privacy laws. Natalie is also a key contributor to Ropes & Gray’s HealthTrax, which monitors state health care transaction laws.
