Caroline Easterfield is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s anti-corruption and international risk practice group. Caroline advises clients operating across a range of sectors, with a focus on healthcare, consumer goods and retail, financial services and technology.

Caroline advises clients on anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, anti-money laundering laws, export control, sanctions, and other regulatory issues. She supports clients with conducting cross-border regulatory and internal investigations and helps clients conduct pre-acquisition due diligence and create post-investment compliance integration plans.

Caroline trained at the firm’s London office and gained experience in the asset management, anti-corruption and international risk, and data, privacy and cybersecurity teams. She also spent six-months on secondment with the finance team at Liberty Global.
