Nadisha Fauteux (formerly Nadisha Wickramaratne) is an associate in the corporate department of Ropes & Gray. During law school, Nadisha worked in-house at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company as a 1L law clerk. 

Prior to law school, Nadisha worked as an investment management paralegal at Ropes & Gray, assisting with a wide range of clients within the asset management group. Before joining Ropes & Gray as a paralegal, Nadisha worked at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, assisting as an intern in the Malden District Court. In 2017, Nadisha worked as an intern in the Trust Fund for Victims division of the International Criminal Court. In 2016, Nadisha worked as an intern at the Disability Law Center in Boston, MA.
