Katie Gerasimidis is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s antitrust team, based in London.
Katie advises clients on EU and UK competition law matters, including EU and UK merger control, foreign direct investment strategy and filings, as well as conduct matters.
Katie trained at the firm’s London office, gaining experience in the tax, private equity, antitrust, and asset management (funds) practice groups.

- Advised TSG Consumer Partners in its investment in Summer Fridays, a clean, premium skincare and hybrid makeup brand.
- Advising Nippon Steel Corporation on its ~$14 billion bid for US Steel.
- Advised National Amusements, Inc. in its pending sale to affiliates of Skydance Media in concert with the merger of Skydance Media with Paramount Global
