Michael Gynn is counsel in the firm’s asset management group. His practice focuses on the representation of various investment advisers and fund sponsors in connection with the formation, fundraising and operation of open-end and closed-end funds, as well as single-investor funds and accounts. Michael also has experience advising fund managers on governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
Prior to rejoining the firm in 2022, Michael worked as associate general counsel for III Capital Management.
