La’Dericka Hall joined Ropes & Gray in 2022 and is an associate in the firm’s employment, executive compensation and employee benefits practice. La'Dericka advises private fund managers and institutional investors on ERISA and fiduciary matters related to investing pension plan assets. Her guidance includes ensuring ERISA fiduciary compliance, navigating the prohibited transaction rules and applicable exemptions, interpreting Department of Labor (DOL) guidance on plan investments and ESG factors, and meeting the requirements for exceptions to the DOL plan asset regulations. She also advises portfolio companies on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements. La’Dericka is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice.
