An associate in Ropes & Gray’s London office, Craig has extensive experience representing some of the world’s largest institutional investors as they deploy capital. Craig is part of Ropes & Gray’s secondary buyer practice, which represents 10 of the top 15 secondary buyers globally. He regularly advises clients in connection with a range of high-value transactions in the UK and internationally, including GP-led secondaries/continuation fund transactions, preferred equity investments, secondary purchases and sales, co-investments and joint ventures.
In addition to his secondaries practice, Craig has extensive experience acting on a broad range of corporate and M&A matters globally, with specific experience acting for private equity sponsors in relation to their direct investment transactions, equity arrangements, restructurings and ongoing portfolio company matters.
