Alexandra Kaye joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate department in 2023 and is a member of the health care group.

Before joining the firm, Alexandra clerked for the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Alexandra earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Journal of International Law and as associate editor of the Asian Law Review. She served as a teaching assistant for Professor Wendell Pritchett in his land use course.

During her time in law school, Alexandra served as a visiting board fellow for BalletX through Wharton’s Nonprofit Board Fellowship program and served as president of Penn Carey Law and the Arts. Also while in law school, Alexandra externed at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia and was a summer judicial intern for the Honorable Robin Rosenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
