Candice is an associate in the asset management group based in London. Candice advises private investment fund sponsors across a range of asset classes on the structuring, negotiation and operation of private investment funds, as well as related carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Candice is also experienced in the secondaries space, representing fund sponsors and institutional clients on secondary transactions and other liquidity solutions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2024, Candice was an associate in the London investment funds practice of another U.S. law firm and was seconded to Resolution Life’s legal team. Candice was seconded to Partners Group while at Ropes & Gray and supported the fund structuring team.
