Gabbie Kim is an associate in the firm’s corporate department. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and equity investments matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Gabbie focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters in another global law firm.
