With experience advising private equity sponsors and multinational corporations on more than 500 transactions totaling over $500 billion in value across myriad industries and geographies, Marta is recognized for her strategic guidance on competition and merger notification compliance, preparation of competition filings, and securing regulatory approvals in the U.S. and globally. Marta works closely with clients on competitive effects of proposed transactions, risk allocation, FTC and DOJ advocacy, integration planning, and other critical issues that drive deal success.
