Angela is an associate in Ropes & Gray's asset management group. Angela represents investment managers and fund sponsors in formation and offering of private investment funds. Angela also regularly represents various sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and institutional investors in connection with investments in private investment funds, hedge funds, credit funds, real estate funds, co-investment transactions, secondary transactions and continuation funds. In addition, Angela has extensive experience in formation of and investment in RMB funds, including QFLP funds, QDLP funds and similar investment schemes. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Angela was an associate with a leading PRC firm in Shanghai where she focused on RMB fund formation, M&A and general corporate.
