Nuoxi (Lois) Li is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department. She advises public and private companies and investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and investments. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities laws. During law school, she served as an articles editor for Cornell International Law Journal and teaching assistant for Principles of American Legal Writing.

- Represented a global medical technology company in its acquisition of a leading designer and manufacturer of fluid management systems for endoscopic procedures.
- Represented LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer network, in several strategic transactions of investment advisory and financial planning firms.
- Represented a special committee of the board of AlerisLife Inc. in connection with the sale of AlerisLife to ABP Acquisition LLC.
