Nuoxi (Lois) Li is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department. She advises public and private companies and investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and investments. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities laws. During law school, she served as an articles editor for Cornell International Law Journal and teaching assistant for Principles of American Legal Writing.
