Max Li joined the corporate department of Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2025. He received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was a student attorney at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic and at Greater Boston Legal Services.
Prior to law school, Max earned his B.A. in economics and politics at New York University, from which he graduated summa cum laude in 2022.
