Chloe Meyers joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2025. She currently practices in the New York office.
Chloe earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During law school, Chloe worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, an environmental nonprofit, and a film and television distribution studio. Before law school, Chloe worked at the United Nations Environment Programme.
Experience
- Represented Vince Holding Corp. (VNCE) in a cross-border transaction involving the acquisition of the operating business of October's Very Own (OVO), a globally recognized Canadian streetwear and lifestyle brand co-founded by the Canadian rapper, Aubrey “Drake” Graham.
- Represented Samsonite Group S.A. which has entered into an agreement to acquire BÉIS, the digitally native lifestyle and travel brand founded by Shay Mitchell, in a transaction valued at approximately $210 million.
- Represented Bain Capital in a growth investment in Power Home Remodeling , the nation's leading exterior home remodeler.
- Represented Alcami Corporation, a portfolio company of GHO Capital and The Vistria Group, in its acquisition of Tjoapack, a global contract packaging organization with facilities in the United States and the Netherlands.
- Represented Advent International as co-lead investor in defense technology company Shield AI’s $1.5 billion Series G financing round which values the company at $12.7 billion.
- Advised Genstar Capital in its definitive agreement to sell the firm's longstanding client First Eagle Investments to Victory Capital Holdings, Inc., for total consideration of approximately $7 billion.
- Represented Eli Lilly and Company in its acquisition of Ventyx Biosciences, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative oral therapies for patients with inflammatory-mediated diseases.
- Represented Eli Lilly and Company in its definitive agreement to acquire Merida Biosciences, Inc., a biotechnology company developing a new class of precision therapeutics for serious autoimmune diseases and severe allergies.
