John W. Milani is an associate in the firm’s employment, executive compensation and employee benefits group. He advises clients across the full lifecycle of the employment relationship, including negotiating and drafting executive employment, consulting, separation and restrictive covenant agreements. John has experience on day-to-day workplace matters such as the enforceability of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, employee handbooks and policies, and obligations under federal, state and local anti-discrimination and leave laws.
John regularly represents clients on labor and employment issues arising in complex transactions for both public and private clients in a variety of industries and sectors.
