Nicole Aiello Martinez advises public and private companies, private equity firms and other private capital investors on complex business transactions and strategic corporate matters.

Her transactional practice includes mergers and acquisitions, leveraged acquisitions, company sales, carve-outs, divestitures, significant investments and joint ventures. Nicole also counsels companies and boards of directors on corporate governance matters and related disclosure considerations.

Nicole works with clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, business services, technology, consumer products, manufacturing and real estate.

Prior to Ropes & Gray, Nicole was an attorney at an international law firm, where her practice centered on M&A, private equity and general corporate matters for public and private companies.
