Filippo Noci is a corporate lawyer who regularly advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public M&A, cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and corporate reorganisations. He also assists domestic and international clients with general corporate matters and corporate governance.
