Gaia Pisani advises domestic and international clients, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies, on a broad range of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, add-on acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
Gaia also advises domestic and international clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance and strategic commercial agreements.
Her experience includes drafting and negotiating acquisition and investment agreements as well as ancillary transaction documents, conducting buy- and sell-side legal due diligence, and supporting clients on transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, she gained experience in a leading Italian law firm, focusing on corporate and M&A matters.

- Represented global and domestic industrial operators in the acquisition of Italian companies active in the automotive sector.*
