Gannon earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and served as an article editor for the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Gannon conducted criminal justice reform research and volunteered for an immigration law nonprofit.
