Samantha Paradela is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group. Her practice focuses on securities and shareholder litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement matters. She is active in the firm's pro bono program, with a particular focus on asylum applications.
During law school, Samantha served as an articles editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. She received the Scholastic “Book” Award in Torts and was named a Chancellor’s Law Scholar. She also served as president of the Latin American Law Students Association and as a Vanderbilt Law School Ambassador. As a 3L, Samantha served as assistant chief justice of her law school’s intercollegiate moot court competition, which she had won the year before.
