Claudia Reix is an associate in the private equity and M&A department. She represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and large industrial groups in complex M&A and private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and minority investments. She has developed particular expertise in sectors such as wealth management, healthcare and cosmetics, and specialized distribution.
