Ginevra Rebecchini is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in both cross-border and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and divestments, leveraged buyouts, growth equity financings, and corporate reorganizations. She regularly advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds, institutional investors, and corporates, on extraordinary transactions as well as general corporate matters, corporate governance, and strategic commercial agreements.
Ginevra has been involved in a number of notable deals across the technology and innovation sectors, including digital health, AI, agritech, enterprise software, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining the firm, she gained several years of experience at a global law firm and a leading Italian law firm, focusing on M&A, private equity, and venture capital matters. Ginevra is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
