Jesse Ruth is an associate in the firm’s corporate department and a member of the private capital transactions group. During law school, he served on the board of the Business Law Society and represented clients pro bono with the Duke Civil Justice Clinic. Before law school, he worked as a corporate paralegal in the firm’s Boston office.
